Cannot Reach Company to make a claim!

I signed up for Arkidus Home Protection when we purchased our home in May 1012.
In September, I tried to contact them with a claim, and they are unavailable by phone. It only rings busy, and they didn't respond to my online claim request.
I went online and discovered that there are numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau and they gave Arkidus an F rating.
