Excellent customer service. Staff is well groomed to ensure your needs are met. Very professional and punctual. Had difficulty with a 25k Roth IRA that went missing and they were able to track it down for me. Compassionate and understanding group. Hard to believe anyone is doing business with more class than Augusta Precious Metals. Top notch.
