The Axia rep for my account took my application in Feb of 2008 where I signed a 2 paragraph agreement and a personal guarantee. I was never given the 8 pages of terms and conditions at the time of signing up for this service, and would have never agreed to it had I known about the early cancelation fees. I faxed a cancellation form after speaking to a rep on the phone, and they charged my account the next month. When I called to see what was going on, I was told they never received the fax. I feeL I should not be paying for a cancellation fee that was never disclosed at the time of signing, or for the extra month of charges.
