I purchased a (brand-new) $300 Motorola phone from Boost, and paid a 53.00 service fee.The only catch is that the phone doesn't work, and the store won't take it back.When I call customer service, they tell me to go into the store...and vice-versa - no-one appears willing to accept responsibility, or to help. I would avoid this company - as they do not seem to care about customer service or satisfaction.On the upside, prior to purchasing this phone, I was a happy Boost customer for two years without a glitch, but this is unacceptable.
