Horrible choice!!! I have been with AT&T since 2005 and wanted to save money so I switched over to Boost- mistake. According to the coverage map my street was in the "good" reception zone. Well I literally had to stand on the street to get a signal. The Boost rep that helped me activate the cell service told me to give it 72 hours in order to get a signal linkage ??? When I called to get a refund for the $50 minute plan that I purchased online, I was told that I could not get a refund; even though, I hadn't made any calls out. The rep said he could refund me $5. I told him that I needed to speak with a supervisor but when he transferred my call, I got disconnected. That did it. So I put in another call and told the next rep exactly what happened and what resolution I was needing. I was transferred to a credit resolutions rep named "Chris". This very kind man, told me that he would give me a full refund and that he was very sorry for all of my trouble. Out of 7 reps, he was the only one who seemed to care. The entire experience made me realize why I was a loyal AT&T customer for so long. I m going back to them for good.
