Absolutely a NO-NO!!!!!! The horrible customer service you receive from Boost far outweighs the few good things they have going for them. The reps have no clue what they are talking about. You can tell they are trying to read from a script. I have heard nothing but complaints and should have listened. From reps to supervisors to managers...it doesn't make a difference. They are all rude. I sometimes even wonder if there is really such thing. Maybe that's why all the corporate numbers have been disconnected. Could it be that they had way too many complaints???? Very likely!!!! Bad choice of service. I have way too many bad experiences to actually put them in writing on here. Three simple words sums them all up: DON'T DO IT!!!! p.s.~ I only chose 1 star because it wouldn't let me choose zero!
