I give them a one star because that's the lowest option on here. I left Sprint after 8 years and went with Boost. BAD BAD MISTAKE! Had Boost activate a phone in June 2010 and it stopped working in September 5, 2010. They tried to troubleshoot it but in the process they'd hang up on me, transfer me to departments that could not help, refused my requests to speak with a supervisor, refused my requests to speak with a SME or put me on hold for extremely long periods of time in hopes that I would hang up. After 17 days of waiting on September 22, 2010 I finally received a replacement phone (17 days people)!! Today is September 27, 2010 and the replacement phone they sent me still has not been activated. They tell me they're having system problems and are trying to figure out what the problem is and why they can't activate it; that a ticket has been opened, that my problem has been documented and they will give me a call. I feel so helpless. No consumer should be treated this way. I pay my bill every month and always way ahead of time. Surely something can be done about this type of service.
