All the complaints in the reviews I have read are all the same as mine. for the rare few who had good reviews they all seem to be in the honey moon stage we all were when we first got boost mobile.... you know the savings from unlimited texts and calls and web from $50 - $60. But Once there is a problem with your phone or service you are doomed. The customer service personnel they hire are young teenagers who barely know how to take care of themselves let alone a customer's complaints. Once they are not able to help you they either give you false info to get u off the phone or keep you on hold or hang up on you.
This company needs to be banned from doing business but time will catch up with them anyways. I bought a Blackberry curve with them and when it had a problem, they called them and reported the case so that I can get a replacement as my warranty was still active but this company rejected my case on three different occassions and they never called me to inform of the status of my case even though they had a contact number for me. I had to call them after a week of not receiving my phone only to know that the case was rejected. Since September 20 now it is november, I have no replacement phone and I am using BBB to assist me with the case.
I will start telling people to leave Boost and maybe try other companies because at the end of the day u will lose more money than u saved.
