To anyone out there that thinks that the BOOST MOBILE monthly unlimited plan is a GREAT deal, well dont let them sucker you in, especially if you plan on buying one of the iDEN series phones, these phones are ran off of nextel network which is VERY unreliable and they always have outages and not to mention your text messages will take an hour to several hours sometimes to get to you, I write this review from personal experience, it took me over 12 hours to get messages sometimes. I was a sucker and went and paid over $100 for a sanyo incognito, this phone has great options but its about as useless on the Sprint network because I kept getting failure messages when I try to send messages. I thought it was a defective phone so I got a refund then went and bought a Samsung RANT and it is the same way, ALL THEIR PHONES ARE JUNK, GENERIC QUALITY PIECES OF *HIT! BOOST OFFERS NO KIND OF WARRANTY REPLACEMENT EITHER UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT WITH A NEW PHONE! And if you do have to contact the manuafacturer of your phone be prepared to loose all the ringtones and wallpapers you bought from boost (and they will not replace them either) and be prepared to ship your phone to the company and not have service for at least a month! What kind of crap is that?!??!! TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT GO WITH BOOST MOBILE! I cannot believe the BBB has given them an A+ rating what a joke the BBB is! Oh another thing about boost, if you contact them with an issue you better have the conversation on a speaker phone with a translator beside you because you hardly ever get to speak with someone that you can understand!
