I called Boost Mobile to complain about my services and while explaining to the supervisor that I didn't have money to be wasting in the company and he makes a statement that I only gave the company 150.00 and that there was plenty of customer that have paid way more than me. I thought to myself ok, did he just say that I'm not as important than the next customer. I felt disrespected in every way. I said enough is enough. A supervisor should not speak to customer that way. I then asked for corporate info to file a complaint. All of a sudden the call disconnects and I'm out of service for 4 entire days. I tried calling from a different phone and none of the customer service reps could tell me what was wrong with my phone. Come to find out That supervisor Will S. Placed a freeze on my phone. I felt like I was played with like a dog. No customer should have to go threw any situation like this. I will never suggest any one to use there services. Oh yeah not to mention each day I was out of service my account was still charged and was not refunded due to Quote "system error". Wow. I cant believe a company will do something like this to their customers. I tink the whole world should be aware of boost mobile and their disrespectful employee's. The service sucks and quailty is worst than cricket. Don't do it. Invest your money in a company that vaules you and support you.
