How can this company have an A+ rating with the BBB with 844 complaints to date???
Considering there is no lower rating than 1/5 stars and this company has 1/5 stars I'll be brief.
Deplorable customer service, lost texts, late text delivery ( a couple hours), very late text delivery (a couple days), and extremely late text message delivery (one was delivered 19 days after it was sent to me) are my main complaints about this "company." Rude CS reps, supervisors, and managers. 2 times a supervisor returned my calls and the connection was so bad they were unintelligible. THEY ARE A PHONE COMPANY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Countless times I have contacted them regarding this issue and each time they pretend it's the first time they've heard of it. EACH AND EVERY TIME. Thus the process begins all over again. I cannot locate the president of the company contact info (surprise) so I am done with this HORRIBLE company.
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SWITCHING TO BOOST TAKE NOTE - THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE PROPRIETARY. YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR EXISTING NUMBER WITH YOU AND YOU CANNOT TRANSFER THEIR NUMBER TO ANY OTHER COMPANY INCLUDING THE COMPANY THAT OWNS THEM SPRINT/NEXTEL! INSANE!!!
