This company is horrible. I bought a car from them in January and they were supposed to get me my tag. I stopped by their place 10 times and no one could help me. I left several messages with no return phone calls. I finally ended up getting a criminal ticket for an expired tag because I could not get anyone to help me. I called and finally got a hold of someone who sent me the wrong paperwork for my tag twice. I was also hung up on several times when I threatened to pursue other avenues of help. I was told that since my saleperson as no longer with the company, the company did not care about his customers and basically we were screwed. I finally got a hold of the person who did my paperwork and was told he was a victim of his customers becuase it is not his fault that the paperwork is filled out correctly with the customer and then transferred to the tags department incorrectly. They have cost me three days of work to go to court to fight the tickets I got for their mistakes and over $100 in traffic tickets. They should be put out of business. I have never heard of a compny saying they were victimes of their customers.
