The owner's wife who is the manager (Schelle) is very rude and abrupt. She doesn't take the time to address customer complaints or issues ...very poor customer service on her part...we called to voice concern on our project and cost and we were rudely told that it would have to "wait" until she gets around to it because of other customers. As paying customers we should have been given the courtesy of being dealt with in a more professional manner. I would not recommend this company based on lack of professionalism by the managment.
