Terrible Customer Service

It has now been almost 4 months and we have still not received our furniture. After 2 wrong orders we are still waiting for the piece we ordered in Oct of 2011.
No one from the showroom in Arden will return our calls which began well before Christmas 2011
Take my advice - stay away from this store and the lousy customer service. There are far better stores in this neck of the woods.
My next letter is going to be to the better business bureau.
