The return policy listed in the description is NOT HONORED. I returned this phone, unopened, well within the “Unconditional 90 Day Return Policy” and was charged a 20%, or $70. There is an asterisk after the claim but there is no footnote. You have to
follow a link at the top of the page that lists the CONDITIONS of the “Unconditional 90 Day Return Policy”.
