Same opinion as the others - horrible company

I was interested to read the similar reviews of Century Automotive. I spent $2500 on a warranty, and when there was a repair (reasonable, necessary items to keep the engine going, nothing high-tech), they denied two out of three items, sending only $14
after the deductible, using hair-splitting tricks like camshaft covered - sensors covered - camshaft sensors NOT. I waited THREE MONTHS before getting this lousy $14. I checked in over a month after first sending all the papers (they said it would take 30
days), to be told they had no such papers and wouldn't even look for them; "fax them now" (postage and copying costs wasted), and of course the 30-day count started again. After about 45 days and more calls, I finally got the insulting check. When I called
about that, I had to leave an answering-machine message never answered that day; only when I left another message containing legal threats did anyone respond. Over and over they'd whine about being busy with many customers; I'M A CUSTOMER TOO. I cancelled
the warranty and am contacting the BBB.
