Wants products or my money back

Like many other I placed an order with Century Photo back in June of 2011 and still have not recieved products. I called them back in Aug of 2011 and they told me it was on back order and I should get it in 4-6 weeks. After that time was up and I still did not have product I tried calling again but now I can not get in touch with them. I have tried to contact them several times via email and phone. They never return my calls or repy to my emails. I have ordered from them in the past and have not had any trouble until now.
