Isn't cut out to be what I was told.

I signed up several months ago with an understanding that I would be able to access all 3 credit reports and scores of which I received when I initially joined. Have just signed in today to find out I would have to pay an additional $32.95 to get reports
and scores. Not sure what I am paying $12.95 a month for. When I called customer service to cancel and asked for this month's fee refunded, was told no deal, we do not refund. All I can say is buyer beware. This is may not be what you think.
