Paul Lui at Crevier BMW is very arrogant. I cannot believe he has a management position, seems to me like he needs a little bit of training on customer service. Here's a summary of the situation of what happened at Crevier BMW: On Thursday of last week I went to Crevier to look at BMW's. I had worked out a deal with Winston Madrigal and due to the fact of the late hour (about 9:30) they brought me a pretty good deal right up front. However, because the payment was just a little more than I had planned, and so I specifically asked Winston if the deal would still be good if I thought about it and came back. And he said YES FOR SURE, WE ARE NOT LIKE THAT HERE AT CREVIER. And so I said, "You know what, I appreciate that" and proceeding to shake hands and part ways for the evening. Now today I go back to the dealership and speak to Paul Lui, who is the same Sales Manager that gave Winston the authorization to offer the deal before, and now all of a sudden the deal is off the table. He specifically tells me with an arrogant attitude, I won't get a deal anymore (6 days later) because apparently there was a boom in X5 sales this past weekend... obviously car sales talk because I spoke with a couple other dealers to find my car and will likely be proceeding with a competitor at this point because there are plenty of X5's and there is no boom in business or special promos or anything like that out of the ordinary. Thanks Paul Lui and Crevier BMW for making my car buying experience more stressful than it already is.
