They will not inform you if there is a potential leak somewhere, instead they will send you a big fat bill and then when you call them they will tell you that it is not their job to inform you. The customer service reps are rude. The only person who was nice and actually helped was the lady at the front desk at the main office in perris! If you want anything to get done you have to stay on them. Worse comes to worse you will have to submit a complaint on here (the bbb) or contact the city mayor, the county supervisor, the city chamber of commerce and if getting all of them involved does not fix the issue then get the governor of California involved as well.
