Enterprise Pomona team has been absolutely fantastic to me and my family. We lost our car, and ended up renting from them for almost 3 months. They were so understanding, and considerate to my situation. They always assured they accommodated me, and my family. We were upgraded whenever we had an issue. The district Manager, I believe her name is Erin was so incredibly gracious to me. They have superior customer service. They made my life easier for the few months I rented from them.
