I went to view the Hope Ranch apartments in Santa Barbara which are advertised multiple times per day on Craigslist and, from the pictures, appear very nice. However upon visiting the units that had floorplans online (with square footage) found that the size was nowhere near as advertised. The sizes advertised online were obscenely inflated (it was obvious just from peeking in the window). To top it off, only select units featured the amenities advertised for the community. And, they have a waiting list a mile long (why do they post so many ads for unavailable apartments?). Staff was unprofessional avoid at all costs.
