If you have not gone to their web page, this "RV Park" is mostly permanent residents. Not all of the lots have grass spots, and some of the water hookups require more than a 25ft hose. It is overall clean and neat, though the bathrooms are not well lit, the exhaust fan did not work in one of them, and they do not have a drain outside of the shower which leaves puddles, requiring you to take off your pants to use the toilet to avoid getting them wet. They do have reliable wi-fi internet which is nice.
The exit does not have a spot to pull over to check out of the business, so if you have to go to the office before you leave-walk there. This is particularly important if they complain that their credit card machine does not work properly so they need the physical card to swipe. They are paranoid about people leaving without paying, and if you decide to pull around to the exit and walk in to pay they assume you're trying to leave without paying.
Our experience was that when we pulled around to park near the office to pay was the manager and her husband glaring at us when we pulled over, followed by accusation that we were trying to leave without paying. Upon my response in like tone, they quickly became hostile. Three days after we left they charged my wife's credit card $650 (their monthly rate) and we have had to file fraud charges with the card issuing bank. Apparently their machine worked without swiping the card that time.
I would avoid this RV park at all costs. If you have to stay in the area and every other campground/rv park is unavailable, pay with cash or a check.
Also, there are no refunds at this RV park.
