YOU SHOULD NEVER BE CHARGED A FEE TO APPLY FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION. I work for a loan company and my customers have been paying for the modification program through this company that they don't even qualify for. NOT EVERYONE IS GOING TO QUALIFY FOR THE HAMP PROGRAM. This company DOESN’T contact the lender; all they do is send a fax with NO CONTACT INFORMATION OR NAMES. I inform my borrowers to get their money back but they cannot get a call back from anyone. This company just turns in your paperwork, you could do for free.
