HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE TO ORDER ARRANGEMENTS!!
They need to review their ordering process...a VERY SIMPLE FIX...when a potential customer begins an order process there are several questions...one of them being WHERE do you want the ordered delivered ?? You enter the Zip Code...If THEY DO NOT DELIVER in that Zip Code - SAY SO - STOP THE PROCESS from going any further ! If THEY CANNOT DELIVER for the date or time requested - STOP THE ORDERING PROCESS...It DOES NOT take a "Rocket Scientist" to know that this is a 'SIMPLE' programming change that would SAVE A LOT OF DISTRESS for the potential customer!!
It is a SAD SITUATION when a customer has placed an order, paid for that order, and has NO REASON to ASSUME that order WILL NOT BE PROCESSED Only to discover via an email the NEXT DAY that they DO NOT DELIVER in the area requested !! Especially when the customer is required to leave a contact number.
I left a cell phone number and a home number - DID THEY CALL? - oh yeah my home number, which was the secondary contact - however THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE?...DID THEY CALL MY CELL PHONE? - ABSOLUTELY NOT !! Had they called my cell phone number I could have dealt with flowers being delivered for a funeral in a timely manner !!! Albeit A LOT of people are joined at the hip with their "smart phone" and receive an annoying amount of beeps during the day to let them know they received an email...I AM NOT ONE OF THEM, as MANY consumers are NOT...it wasn't until late into the evening that I discovered this MESS !!
THANKS A LOT !! In my humble opinion I WOULD NOT MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY !!
