Terrible service
|
I paid for next day delivery on my order and it was delayed by three days. I could not get a response from customer service via email and every time I tried to call the agents were busy or unavailable. When the flowers finally arrived at their destination another arrangement was substituted, but it was not comparable to what I ordered and paid for.
