UNRELIABLE. I set-up a date (11/25/2011) for chimney work with Jim (owner) 2 weeks in advance. He confirmed receipt of my directions and had my telephone numbers. NO SHOW ! And not even a courtesy call to let me know - after I drove 3 1/2 hours to our mountain home to meet him. NO WAY TO CONTACT HIM. Never an answer on his cell or at his business telephone number - and BOTH MAIL BOXES ARE ALWAYS FULL, so no way to leave a message. Not a Company I want to work with. If he is this unreliable before the job begins, just think ahead of the potential problems that may come after he starts a job - e.g., can't contact him if he does not complete on time and leaves you hanging, waiting for completion; can't contact him if there are problems after he finishes; etc. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET BURNED - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FRANKLIN STONE !
