I enrolled with Freedom in 2019. Anytime I would call or email them, I would always receive a prompt response. My agent and all the customer service representatives were always helpful with whatever I needed. They helped me keep my forgiveness program on track all the way through the pandemic and my loans are completely forgiven now. I rate them 5 stars.
