Friendly Financial Services through the law offices represented me for a loan modification on my home in Wellington Florida. They were polite, hard working and really fought for me. I had tried to do my modification by myself but after many days of of being on hold, getting lost in the voice mail loop, getting disconnected or worse being connected to bank employees who didn't have a clue I gave up and hired a professional. I am very glad I did, I am now saving over $425.00 per month on my mortgage and I am no longer in fear of the bank foreclosing on my house. I recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with mortgage payments.
