I received Excellent service from Rita Lim and Alexander Nguyenlien. The whole process went very smooth all my questions were answered and I felt confident I was making a good decision. They both were very nice, kind, positive, up beat, patient and knowledgeable. The Customer Service was fantastic!!!!! The whole process of refinancing was simple and done in a timely manner. I trust that everything was done correctly but most of all I trust them. Thank you for all your help and hard work. The greatest aspect of this refinance is knowing I will have great customer service in the future and only a phone call away. I highly recommend Greenlight Loans, a divison of Nationstar Mortgage
