I would like to thank my loan officer, Viet Nguyen, and my loan processor, Jana Kiemm, for absolutely fabulous service. I was hesitant to refinance because I anticipated a long and bureaucratic experience, but what a wonderful surprise to work with these two! Viet was so knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. Jana was incredibly efficient, enjoyable, and quick to answer any questions. I would recommend Greenlight Loans to anyone, and I will be refinancing additional properties with Viet and Jana!
