OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would like to say thank to Rita Lim and Brian Nguyen for excellent customer service in helping me through the refinancing. Thanks again guys for being so patient with my frustration and impatient attitude. Even though it took almost 2 months to close the deal, Great job on your part in helping me understand the costs associate with the refinancing. Without your great service my loan will not get processed and closed in good manner. Thump up to both of you Rita and Brian. Happy Camper in Grand Prairie, TX
