I wanted to call out the excellent service provided by the team we worked with.
First of, Marcelo our loan officer was very easy to work with. He diligently answered all our questions and the entire process was very educational for us. He was very detailed through the process and answered every question we had. He was very responsive and it was very enjoyable working with him.
Our loan processor, Shawn Jones-Brown was also on top of her game. Always providing prompt responses to our questions and working through the details very efficiently. The overall process went very smoothly and there was no stress associated with the process.
