Nationstar was our current mortgage lender and we were looking to refinance our current loan to lower our monthly payments and get a better rate. Rita L our Mortgage professional from green light loans was very helpful and upfront about everything. Other places wanted $650 up front to pay for the appraisal. Once we started the process our loan application was transferred over to Mai C. who prepared our loan for underwriting. She was very efficient and promptly let us know what documentation we needed, which was not very much. From start to finish our loan took less than 4 weeks to complete and was not too stressful at all due to constant communication from Rita L and Mai C.
