I want to commend Justin Wright and Alexander Nguyenlien for their EXCELLENT customer service. My mom wanted to refinance her home to obtain a lower rate of interest. Mom was unfamiliar with the process so I served as her representative. Justin and Alexander were AMAZING! If I called them with a question, I immediately had a response! They answered every question that my mom had and always did this in such a professional way. They wanted to make sure that my mom understood everything. They went above and beyond with customer service!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH JUSTIN AND ALEXANDER.....YOU ARE AMAZING!!!
