I want to thank Karlous Morgan and Shawn Jones Brown, Greenlight for their help. I have been with Nationstar for a while and I recently decided to refinance my home. In particular, Shawn, was truly magnificent. She was always ready to assist, provide information, very patient in explaining details, keeping me informed, returning phone calls or emails.
