I just closed on my re-finance with Nationstar and could not be happier! They lowered my mortgage payment more than $200 a month!! Thao Nguyen and Devyn Stafford were professional as well as helpful. Devyn worked with me throughout the entire process and eased my concerns when I had some issues. My closing costs were very low, which is what I needed, because I am a widow with limited income. We handled almost everything via email (which was so easy) and then we spoke on the phone toward the end and after closing. I can't say enough good things about him (friendly, funny and professional to name a few) and answered every question I had. Thao kept the document process going all the way through and stayed on top of that.
