To anyone seeking the services of this company, STAY AWAY!!
We are in the loan modification process for which I was assured would be complete in 3-4 months. We are on month 8 & Green Credit cannot get MY information correct.
I have had to send them the same info 5 times.
After being laid off, I informed them of the income change. 6 weeks later, they have done NOTHING.
It took them 8 months to figure out that I have a Fannie Mae loan. I did it in 5 minutes.
After being told 10 times that I am current on my mortgage, they waited 8 months to tell me I may not be eligible.
Here is the WORST!!
Green Credit flat out LIED TO ME!!! Not a misunderstanding or a mistake. FLAT OUT LIES. One of the service reps claimed to be my negotiator using his name. When I spoke to the real negotiator, he had no knowledge of multiple phone calls or e-mails sent under his name. Then he tried to cover it up by saying he "forgot". Another LIE.
After all of this, I was told another 90 days. This loan modification will have taken a year.
