Greg and Robert are 100% correct. These guys are a bunch of crooks and want your $$ and provide absolutely nothing in return. I started my modification with then "Green Credit", now Guardian, and absolutely nothing has happened. I am unable to get in contact with a real person and emails and faxes go unanswered. I spoke with my lender yesterday and they have done nothing on my account since early August, Green Credit always says they are actively working on my account.....a crock of crap!!!!! I am looking into ways to recover my $3500 that I was charged for the "services" that they claim to provide. They provide nothing so I want my $$$ back.....I would advise trying to work with your lender on your own before you go with these bozo's, you will have the same chance of success.
