My experience with Guidance Tax Relief was very good. They were responsive and professional. When they implemented as much help with my tax problems as possible, they refunded $2858 to me. My entire fee was not needed because of their efficiency. The refund was not required, but they adhere to the "spirit" of their contract, not the "legalese."
