My ex-husband and I had tax issues with IRS. I contacted Tax Guidance to help with solving the issues at hand. In 2013 our tax problems were in the hands of Tax Guidance. The company did all the communicating and paperwork that needed immediate attention. Our account was closed with Guidance. A year later IRS retained our tax refund. I contacted Guidance regarding the issue and they reopened our account without hesitation and charging us additional monies. They again communicated with IRS kept up informed on every step along the way. Eventually our account with IRS was closed with a zero balance. The IRS even refunded monies back to us.
