If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. These people have to be stopped. I cannot afford an attorney as a low income elderly. GuideOne Insurance is after me for money that I don't owe them. They did not send me even though I requested WHY and WHAT these charges are for. I reported them to FTC along with a letter in writing asking what this was all about. I am elderly and don't know why this is happening. Someone needs to check on these scare tactics on elderly church people. I think they are the insurance for Faith Lutheran Church in Whittier, Ca.
