I have belonged to this discount limited benefit health insurance program for 1 year which is all I can get in terms of health insurance. Your B+ rating may be too high. There are numerous reports in the internet by consumer groups that they failed to pay people what they were entitled to. My only personal bad experience is that in attempting to cancel, it was almost impossible to get through on the phone. When I finally got through, I was met with high pressure questions about what other insurance I have now, which I refused to answer. I am now told through a message that my cancelation is not completed because I refused to continue with the interview. There are other complaints on the internet of people who had difficulty getting them to cancel their membership. I have cancelled my automatic deductions through my bank directly.
