I have 2 HP printers and three HP computers in my household. I watched HP rise to the top of the technology and expand to become one of the top technology companies in the US. However, when your among the top few you begin to ignore the consumers who put you there. This is exactly what this company is doing. The arrogance of its employees is appalling. The lack of respect toward its consumers offends to me to my very core. As a member of my companies purchasing division I have moved to remove any future purchases from HP. Instead I frequently recommend a competitor. I can no longer support HP and would ask other consumers to choose an HP competitor.
