This company has gone from being one of the best to being one of the worst.
There customer service is non existent. I keep buy ink cartridges that stop working after a few weeks even though they are still full of ink. Spent over 2 hour trying to get through on the phone. Got nothing. Please take this as a warning. Avoid this company. It is inconceivable that the BBB gives HP an A rating. I see this problem on the help forums in mass.
