So on 4/11/2011 I called HP to respond to what I thought was a great price for a computer. $500.00 instantly taken from my account as soon as the telephone call for the purchase ended. This customizable system looked great to me, something that a student could use. Where is my computer???? I called to check on my computer to find out that the computer has yet to be built. I didn't get a e-mailed notification that the shipping date would be pushed back because my computer has not been built. So I asked for a refund for the computer I have yet to receive. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days to process my request but they could not promise that I would get my money back? How can a company not promise a consumer that they cannot get a refund on a computer? This is a computer not a darn hamburger. Even at the burger stand you can get a refund. So now I am short $500.00 and still have no computer and it has been over a month. So what I believe this shady company will due is "finish" building the computer, ship it out on May the 6th, It should arrive on my door step some time May 11th. This is crazy.....
