For Starters, there needs to be a negative star rating because HP deserves a minus 5 star rating. This company is probably run by a bunch of communists/sub-human & uncivilized characters!
I've purchased several tech products from HP for years and off late, every product that I buy turns out to be defective..and somehow HP has mastered the art of making stuff work for 12-15 months ( considering 90% of the people in the US don't buy extended warranty & even if they did, the defective parts aren't covered).
Their tech support (Manila, Philippines) is a dump. They've been asked to put the customer on a indefinite "hold" if they aren't able to resolve the issue or if the customer sounds irate!
Isn't that just lovely!! HP's new one line should be "We'll rip the piss outta you, one way or another".
NEVER AGAIN, am I buying an HP Product & I would advice you do the same.
