After having over 25 plus years of employment and background checks for potential jobs, never have I come across a more inept company when it comes to verifying important information for employment. Just when you think you are finished answering and filling out their ridiculous and redundant forms, you are asked again to have additional paperwork filled out (and in some cases notarized!). BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! Do you really think if we have previous employment that the other companies we worked for didn't also do background checks AND if there was something to be aware of, don't you think it would already be flagged on any of the basic checks you do??!! I think you are just out to make money of the poor companies who think you are legit! You create a more difficult and tiring situation than needed! Get it together HireRight!
