This company, as so many others have said, is completely useless.
I have been waiting on a background check for over three weeks now.
I am consistently asked for contact numbers from my previous employer, where I've worked for the past 13 years.
I have provided the main number, the direct number to the HR manager, and even the HR manager's personal cell phone number.
I am told that they are unable to reach anyone.
I contacted the HR manager this morning and she informed me that she hasn't received a single call from HireRight, even on her personal cell phone.
She is instead going to email me documentation of my employment history and hopefully I can still get the job I am applying for.
This company should not be in business.
