HONEST REVIEW: EMPLOYERS PLEASE READ

Do NOT use this service.
I was in a rush to complete background checks because our vendor required it.
As our small organization had grown, we never had implemented a standarized screening process.
I called a few reputable places, but the wait time to set-up an account or speak with the sales person was too long. I didn't have a week.
So I found this "EXRESS BY HIRERIGHT" service. I pay the $20 to set-up and I'm ready to go.
WAIT, they don't offer basic standard services that come with normal screening vendors. I didn't just start my HR career so when the rep tried to tell me I didn't need access to a state check, I about fell out of my chair!
Zero Stars, don't do it.
This business is here to take your money and has ZERO concern for customer sasifaction or educating their clients.
PLEASE for the love of everything, go elsewhere. You employees, applicants, business, and you deserve better.
